If a ski in/out location is your top priority, this condo is for you. From the private deck there are steps out to the snow and in seconds you'll be on the "First Time"ski run. We love the bright, clean, and fresh look of this unit and are sure you will too. The owner has added special decor items which highlight her world travels. From the open kitchen to the spacious living room, you will be more than comfortable here. There is a TV/DVD/VCR, fireplace and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new pillow-top mattress, its own TV,  and deck entrance. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub and washer/dryer. The guest bedroom has a comfy king size bed. The D building is set away from the rest of the project and with just 4 units in the building, we are sure you will enjoy the privacy and seclusion as much as the easy ski run access.

Driving Directions

Upon entering Brian Head, continue on Hwy #143 until you pass Town Hall on your left. The next right you can take is Ridgeview St. It’s a sharp turn so go slow. Climb Ridgeview until you see the next street to your right, which is Pinetree Way. White Bear condos are on the corner of Ridgeview and Pinetree Way. You will take Pinetree Way, (it actually feels like you’ve just gone straight instead of making a turn), below the White Bear project and follow it until it ends at the Pinetree condos. The D building is at the top of the parking area. Enter the front porch and D1 is on the bottom left.
